  Renaissance Chef specializes in customized menus to meet the needs of any catered event. We have listed our most common menu items below for your review. With over 50 years combined culinary experience, we are able to create almost any food request you desire. When building your menu, feel free to select any number of appetizers, buffet items, or action stations to compliment your unique taste and style.
